service, both on the Italian market, and outbound.
“Logistics are crucial to develop our bu- siness,” Cimarelli emphasised, explaining that Carloni is organised with its own lo- gistics and external couriers, which helps the company to manage foreign custo- mers ordering retreading services.
“Our sales network, thanks to internal lo- gistics and the help of couriers, is able to meet the needs of all the many customers scattered throughout the Italian terri- tory. In addition, from our headquarters        
of our foreign customers, especially the European market where we have been present for many years,” Cimarelli said.
Cimarelli describes the Italian tyre re- treading market as very aggressive. However, he said, this is unlikely to be related to the number of retreaders, as unfortunately, most of them are small and not always built up to weather the market evolution. This factor takes a toll on their work.
