Rodoflex Gains Inmetro
Moreflex authorised retreader, Rodoflex, which has been a Moreflex client since July 2013, has gained Brazil’s Inmetro certification, number 000 346/2014.

Network Attend 1st Expofeira
On 29 November to 1 December, Tire Network, an accredited Moreflex agent in the Metropolitan Region of Porto Alegre, attended the 1st Expofeira held at the Autodrome Velopark in the city of Nova Santa Rita.
The 1st Expofeira aimed to demonstrate the potential of the industrial and commercial community of Nova Santa Rita and the Metropolitan Region of Porto Alegre and Vale dos Sinos.
Tire Network, with the constant presence of its commercial team, presented its structure and support services, highlighting new tread bands from Moreflex: MHT , MHU2 and MHF W. The Moreflex/Tire Network Stand attracted the presence of Honorable Mayor Margarete Simon Ferreti , Vice Mayor Cesar Antonio Barrios Dos Santos , the Section for Industry,
Commerce and Development of Nova Santa Rita , Mr. Rodrigo Amadeo Battistella, Sra. Lucy Demari and Renato Fup and his team at Tire Network – Filial Portão and the presence of Juliano Souza and Rodrigo Bueno, representing Moreflex .
Moreflex supports and encourages this type of initiative and congratulates Tyre Network for its success at the 1st Expofeira.
Moreflex Continues Training its Retreaders
Even in the run up to the festive period, Moreflex continued to run its training sessions for retreaders and fleet operators. The training team takes the Moreflex message to teams of staff from various operations around Brazil and educates them on tyre management, casing inspection and repair and retreading best practice.
At the session delivered to the staff of Moreflex Truck 1000 in the city of Jaboatão. The training was delivered to six participants from Truck 1000
In Paragominas, Moreflex conducted a similar training programme for Transroda. Whilst at Dois Irmãos some 55 staff attended the latest Moreflex training session. At Del Monte there were 25 participants, including Emanuelle Vidal Negreiros J.Wellington and also the managing director of Del Monte, Diedes Magalhães Sobrinho. This presentation focused on basic tyre care as it was felt that this was a key issue for the safety of the drivers and for cost savings to the company.
One key training session was given to the staff and management of Henry Stefani, a Moreflex affiliate in Curitiba. Here the team delivers to three classes and a total of 34 drivers plus the Branch Manager of Henrique Estefani Sr.Vilela .
The presentation to the drivers was to establish a basic understanding of how the tyre is built and how it functions with the aim of improving tyre care and wear across the company fleet. Moreflex tried to include in this presentation driving tips and guidance on how to improve safety and tyre life.
