Fenatran: Brazil’s International Show for the Transport Industry
The Fenatran International Transportation Fair is the reference event in Brazil in the area of products and services for cargo carriers and logistics operators. With over 35 years of tradition, the exhibition promotes the achievements of businesses in the transportation and logistics sector and offers a showcase for the dynamic display of products and services to thousands of industry professionals interested in
learning about trends in the segment.
In the 2014 edition, all major manufacturers of heavy vehicles prepared big news related to new technologies and sustainability,
and focused on increasing safety and comfort as well as reducing operating costs. Leading manufacturers of implements, lubricants, components, accessories and fluids, banks and other participants were also present at the fair.
The new tyre manufacturers have invested heavily to demonstrate their innovations and market trends. Some manufacturers of products and accessories for retreading also attended and did their part, demonstrating what is best available in the market. Over 60,000 visitors attended the fair.

Goodyear Emphasises 2013 Releases
ABR Gives Support to its Associates
Goodyear of Brazil’s presence at FENATRAN was largely focused on the company’s news releases from 2013. At the booth, the company split its product portfolio into six islands and tablets with applications so that visitors had access to information on comparative performance, tangible gains, the technologies used in the construction of each tyre, tools and services that
help customers reduce costs of tyres and calculators to simulate the visitor gains for the company´s fleets. Between releases, Goodyear drew attention to the mixed new tyres G686 and G677 MSD MSS PLUS PLUS, which rely on High Wire Elongation technology, which increases the strength of the carcass and consequently the tyre’s retreadability and overall performance
