Salvadori Targets Asian Market
      Maxrubber Makes Tyrexpo Asia Debut

Italian retread and recycling equipment manufacturer Salvadori is now actively targeting the Asian market as the source for further company growth and has engaged a Chinese sales person based in Italy to service Asian customers.

Salvadori supplies a range of accessories for the retreading market such as rasps, blades, envelopes, curing tubes as well as extruder guns, tyre branders and other tools. well as specific machinery such as tyre balers, tyre debeaders and tyre cutters. Salvadori also has a division that supplies tiles and flooring made from recycled tyres and another that supplies tyre equipment for garage workshops.

Indonesian tread rubber manufacturer PT Supranusa Indogita, which markets pre-cured tread liners under the Supratread brand name, were exhibiting for the second time at Tyrexpo Asia and were on the lookout for new distributors in a number of export markets. According
to marketing manager Ifoni Setiawati, the company’s main export market is Turkey but Supratread will be exhibiting at the forthcoming Automechanika exhibition in Dubai with a view to expanding in the Middle East region.
       The show attracts some of the bigger names such as Midas and Elgi who are always keen to maintain their brand image in key markets around the world. Eversafe too had a presence at the show and have plans to expand exports. There were
specialist supporting suppliers present too, such as Monarch Vulcanising and Italy’s SD International who were promoting their automatic earthmover buffing and cutting system.
