The TG-A series are oil-pressure presses with a C-frame design, comprising a series of multiple platens open on one side or double sides, with ascending operation. TG-A series features several compartments with steam-heated or oil heated. The installation comprises complete product loading and unloading systems. The vulcanization cycle can be performed either in automatic or manual mode. The presses feature a temperature control function from the operator control panel. The oil-pressure control unit is entirely self-sufficient, and is set up in an underground pit. Due to its considerable height, the machine is partially installed below four level in a specially designed pit. TG-A series can work from 1000 to 2000 tons at a maximum specific pressure of 60 kg/cm2.
