Vipal Inner Liner Reinforcement
Vipal is expanding its products line with Inner Liner Reinforcement.
The reinforcement consists of a uncured rubberized nylon-ply. Recommended for farming and off road tyres. A durable, reinforced, resistant lining extends tyre life and helps to cut costs and offset the environmental footprint. Inner-Liner Reinforcement is available in size 600 x 5.0 mm.
Vipal Reorganizes its International Structure
Today, besides its 3 factories and 4 distribution centres in Brazil, Vipal has 7 branches abroad (Argentina, Chile, Mexico, United States, Spain, Slovenia and Germany). Each branch operates under its own responsibility, having geographical regions where it acts commercially through its own commercial team. Besides those, there is also an Overseas Division managed from the corporate headquarters that services other countries that are not geographically attached to the established branches. Vipal Argentina has responsibility for the markets of Uruguay, Paraguay, Australia and New Zealand, as well as other countries that are in the south Pacific such as Fiji and other islands. Vipal Chile covers the markets of Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela. Vipal Mexico serves all the countries that in Central America and Spanish-Speaking islands. In the United States, Vipal USA is in charge of serving the markets of Canada and all French and English-speaking countries of the Caribbean, as well as French and British Guiana and Suriname. Vipal Europe ranges across the European, Russian and Turkish markets.
Finally the Overseas area has the responsibility of serving the whole of the African and Asian continents. All this structure is run by branch administrators that are under the command of the International Business Administration, located in the Airport Business Centre, Porto Alegre, Brazil. With the company’s corporate expansion strategy and Vipal´s internalization, new challenges will be at the forefront in the coming years, which have been the trigger for a reorganization of the company´s structure abroad, aiming to optimize its efforts and align the company´s commercial strategies in its export process. This reorganization will see the establishment of four regional administrations: VIPAL NAFTA: the regional administration responsible for Vipal USA and Vipal Mexico. This region will keep its original markets and give Panama and Costa Rica to the company’s Colombia Branch. VIPAL PACIFIC SUR: This is the regional administration responsible for Vipal Chile and for the newly-established Vipal Colombia. Vipal Colombia now serves the market that had been the charge of Vipal Chile, Ecuador, Venezuela, as well as Panama and Costa Rica. VIPAL MERCOSUR OCEANIA: the regional administration that covers the
Mercosul market and Oceania continent, in addition to the islands of the South Pacific. VIPAL EUROPE MIDDLE EAST: the regional administration responsible for Europe, Russia and Turkey, integrated with the markets of North Africa and Middle East. VIPAL OVERSEAS: remains responsible for South Africa, Sahara and Asia. This new structure will allow the company´s strategic actions to be conducted more efficiently, once those markets that have synergy and that are more easily accessible can be united into a single administration.

Sidewall Veneer from Berwin is widely acknowledged as one of the leaders in sidewall technology, formulated to withstand the most arduous flexing and weathering characteristics. Berwin veneer is supplied with a specially formulated backing foil to ensure quick release and ease of handling during application, additional options are plain, dusted, perforated or a combination of finishes.
Berwin Ancillary Materials is a range of products to compliment the Advantage range of tyre and sidewall compounds, the range includes Cushion Gum, Balance Rubber, Brush and Spray Solutions.
