NeroForce Becomes Partner for LUWIREP
It can also be used to fill seams or transitions in bolted or bonded plates and other lining materials. Due to its excellent abrasion resistance, LUWIREP® 85 can even be used to layer particularly heavily stressed surfaces. The material is processible for
approx. 10 minutes and can be mechanically finished after hardening.
In addition to the existing markets in Europe, Neroforce will also market the repair systems exclusively in the USA and Canada in the near future.
NeroForce has announced that it is now distributing the 2- component repair system for conveyor belts (LUWIREP® 70) and PU wear protection (LUWIREP® 85). The company, which is already supplying the conveyor belt
which takes no longer than approx. 40 minutes. As a result, the LUWIREP® solution not only reduces downtime to a minimum, but also ensures that the repair area remains
just as elastic as the rest of the conveyor belt compared with
other market solutions.
On a trial basis, LUWIREP® 70 has also been used to repair rubber injuries on large tyres with very satisfactory results. As a result, further versatile
applications for the repair system can be expected in the future.
LUWIREP® 85, on the other hand, is very well suited for repairing PU wear protection.
New Galgo Dealer in Mexico
Galgo has announced that Mexican retreader RIMAY has become part of the Galgo family of independent dealers. The new state-of-the-art 10,000 sq.ft. RIMAY retread plant is strategically located in the Central Business Park in Mérida Yucatán and is capable of producing 12,000
retreads per year. The retreader says it has already gained acceptance from several key fleets within the area and when asked why they chose Galgo as their supplier a company
representative said; “Galgo has an excellent brand recognition with national accounts and a superb reputation of providing consistently high-quality products that are supported by a team of customer-focused individuals that truly care about our business.”
