Elgi's market share in the domestic market has increased significantly, growing 66 per cent - from 4.5 per cent to 7.5 per cent - in the first quarter of 2018 alone.                     Seeking to improve its sales performance in the highly competitive Brazilian market, Elgi Rubber has recently implemented a strategy of broad study and investment in marketing to seek a greater differential in its products. Understanding that the primary focus should be on customer loyalty, the company has sought to run ahead of its competitors. In recent months, its marketing
structure has been renewed with tools such as CRM and automation mechanisms. An in-depth study of the client's journey and customisation of business care added to that. Tipler Adds Pneuscargo to Network
  During the first quarter of 2018, Tipler added a new dealer to its growing network of retreader partners, the Barueri, SP based retreader Pneuscargo, which has been performing tyre retreading services for 14 years.
The director of PneuCargo, Maurício Mori, commented on some of the main advantages of the partnership. Among them, he cited the completeness and advanced nature of the Tipler
