Continental Tire Division Restructures in Spain
Continental Tyres commercial division in Spain has been reorganised to better serve the market.

Pirelli to Enter North American Truck Sector
Incredibly, Pirelli has never been a player in the North American truck tyre market, but all that is about to change with the launch of TP Commercial Solutions LLC.
The move represents an expansion of Pirelli's industrial business unit into North America. The unit is currently
headed at the group level by Pirelli CEO Marco Tronchetti Provera. The unit supplies commercial truck tyres and fleet solutions to the global market. The drive into the U.S. and Canadian markets, which are the world’s largest in terms of value for commercial truck tyres and fleet management solutions, is
part of Pirelli’s aggressive global growth strategy. Currently some 40 fleets are participating in product and service testing of Pirelli truck tyres and Novatread retreads to help specify the best solutions for the North American markets. Clif Armstrong will lead Pirellis' truck and bus tyre entity in North America. He comes to Pirelli after stints with BFGoodrich, Yokohama and Continental.
