Galgo: Present Throughout Mexico and Worldwide in All Tyre and Transport Sectors
In the past two years Cima completed its range of OTR equipment and can now supply a complete range of machines from 24” up to 63” rim size including the well known CI-MASTER line of CNC extruder builders, now completed by the CI-MASTER-SKF CNC skive filler line, the CI-MAXI CNC peeler-buffer-groover, all coming with a package including a 12 months remote technical
support thanks to the Ubiquity license and internet connection included in the supply.
In the smaller tyre range (passenger, van, SUV, truck and bus) we have completed the CI-MASTER 25 CNC extruder range with the addition of two less sophisticated machines, bringing the investment to a level affordable by smaller retreaders, too.
We have also completed our standard curing press PLC configuration with the option to communicate with an overhead system and with the capability to handle bar code reading.
As a further addition to Cima becoming the “one stop shop” for the Italian retreaders, tyre dealers and repair shops, we signed an agreement with Elgi Rubber Company Ltd, for the exclusive distribution on the Italian Market of all their rubber industry related consumable and repair products. This involved an extensive training of our existing sales staff and the addition of new young members inside the company to allow this capillary retail service to reach out to the whole national territory.
Thanks to the high demand for Galgo products and the need to cover the entire country, Galgo has been, and will be, present at several of the most important exhibitions in Mexico.

Another exhibition of great importance to Galgo was the Bus Association (CANAPAT) Expo in February 2014 in Mexico City, which focused on the passenger bus and coach sector, one of the most important sectors for Galgo because this sector has a vehicle fleet of 45,000 units running all over the
country, and Galgo is also the most important supplier of the retread tyres of that sector.
The next exhibition will be held in the city of Monterrey on the 21, 22 and 23 of May 2014, which specialises in freight to meet the entire northern zone of the country. And Galgo will also
participate in some important International Shows like: Recaufair in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Reifen in Messe Essen, Germany, Tyre Expo in Panama City and Colfecar in Cartagena Colombia, with these moves Galgo has strengthened its international image.
New Challenges for Dobermann
At Pneushow Recaufair 2014 Dobermann launched its new line of precured treads, 16 new patterns which prove the company’s continuous commitment in the key market of Brazil. For over 10 years Dobermann has been present in the Brazilian market with a wide range of products that are able to meet different customers’ needs: from inner tubes and flaps to industrial tyres as well as the accessories line for retreading and vulcanisation, which among other items includes external and internal envelopes and curing tubes.
Dobermann challenges its competitors with high quality products, competitive prices and a well appreciated after-sales service.
In Europe the consolidation of the trademark keeps growing thanks to the retreading accessories line. Dobermann will also be exhibiting at Reifen Essen (stand C-23, hall 10). During these two important trade fairs Dobermann aims at presenting its innovated image by introducing its new logo and the new DOBERMANN GROUP website www.dobermann- retreading.com.

“RR 19.5-24”, a recently developed truck bead repair machine capable to cure bead repairs covering 360° of the bead area with one single cure.
