The steam operated chamber is designed for three operating shifts compared to a normal chamber operating two shifts. “The new chamber has a pre-heating time of only twelve minutes compared to a normal chamber taking one hour forty minutes, reducing the power consumption by 40 per cent. We have already supplied this chamber to Michelin approved TVS retreading
outlets,” informed Suresh, technical director with RTPL
RTPL has also been distributing MAE envelopes and B&J products in the Indian market for the past four years. In addition, the company also markets the Matteuzzi range of retreading equipment in India.
Profil Looking for Retreaded Car and Light Truck Tyre Importers in India
With retreading getting popular in India, the country offers a lot of opportunities to grow in all automobile tyre segments. As a result, Poland based car and light truck tyre retreader Profil is now looking for tyre importers in India. “We are exploring the Indian market for retreaded car and light truck tyres and this is reason for participating at Tyrexpo India,” said Michal Zygmunt of Profil on their stand at the exhibition.
Profil’s retreading plant located in the South of Poland retreads around 20,000 car tyres every month. “We are
