The company also has a Quality Management System which since 2003 has been certified to ISO 9001 by DNV (DerskNortVeritas). Recently, with the publication of Ordinance 444 of INMETRO in Brazil, which requires certification for retreaded tyres used on commercial vehicles, FM Pneus again went ahead, making sure all its
plants met with INMETRO before the required deadline, demonstrating its commitment to the client and the compliance of its products.
Among the guidelines of its Strategic Plan, the Directors of FM, Eduardo Maldaner, Ramassés Mascarello and Marcos Magnanti have made innovation and technology a priority. To this end, they recently signed a partnership with VMI for the installation of AZ machines in its plants with the placement of SB I and SB VII machines.
According to the directors, the installation of VMI equipment besides increasing productivity, reducing waste and rework, also directly contributes to the rational use of resources, thus reducing the use of various raw materials, which also contributes to sustainability.

Siga Retreading with Borex
Siga was incorporated only three years ago and has always worked with Borex. The past 10 months has seen Siga decide to almost exclusively operate with products from this single supplier.
The company is located in the city of Marialva, north of Paraná state in Brazil and currently retreads around 800 tyres a month, all by the cold retreading system.
According to the Partner-Owner, Antonio Sobczak Wirth, the advantages offered by Borex make it increasingly beneficial to profitability in the highly competitive market in the Paraná region. The advantages
provided by Borex include treads cut to size, cushion gum pre applied and the principal that this supplier respects the independence of the client because there is no contract and no purchase targets.

Recinpar SRL, 28 Years Retreading in Paraguay
Recinpar company was founded in 1985, started with 5 employees, a truck, a rented unit, three presses and some other small tools.
At that time the retreading system worked only in hot cure. The success achieved in such a short time, dictated that in 1988 the company

In 1992 Recinpar’s efforts, perseverance and persistence in seeking customer satisfaction led it to invest in another autoclave, increasing production to grow further and clearly position itself in the market.
