The Dongguan Hongyun Tyre Co. was founded in 1991, and offers one-stop package services ranging from rubber refining, mixed refining, tyre cold-feeding and ejection and pre-vulcanized tyre tread production to hot and cold tyre retreading and repairing.
The total number of retreaded tyres
reaches around 250,000 per year, with an annual output of 6000 tons of tyre tread. The company has a great variety of retread tyres, from 6.50-16/1400-24 to 6.50R16/1400r24/22.5, totalling 60 models in 40 specifications.
Quanzhou Gold Hawk specializes in the production of a variety of precure tread machines and hydraulic tyre curing presses. During the show, Quanzhou Gold Hawk presented its hydraulic curing presses, whose characteristics are as below:
- Compact mechanical structure, with an even clamping force, giving the tyre a good uniformity
- High repetition capability with a high level of accuracy and automation
- High efficiency, low energy consumption
- Low failure rate and maintenance costs
Mechanism:
- Repeated movement, linear guides and inducer orientation, working with high precision, assure the moulds repeatability and life
- The heating plate’s structure is labyrinth fan-shaped, the temperature difference is low. High membrane insulation board with good insulation, durability
- Upper and lower hot plates have a high concentricity and parallelism
- The tyre is installed by two-way magnetic cylinders that are light and
flexible giving accurate positioning
- Electronic control and timing lubrication reduce the working load
Hydraulics:
- Imported oil seals and cylinders supported by well-known Taiwan enterprises, which offer quality assurance
- Yuken or Rexroth pressure proportional valve and integrated manifold. This reduces the pump’s volume, multi-stage pressure and flow control, to assure the movement operates smoothly
- Oil pump adopts an Italian Athos, high-pressure double unit that saves power.
