US-based Community Tire is a third-generation business representing nearly 90 years in business and offers what is claimed to be the most comprehensive OTR bead-to-bead mould cure product offering in the world. The company, based in St Louis, MO operates from a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and uses non-destructive testing with shearography throughout its product line.
FM PNEUS
FM Pneus is the largest agricultural and OTR retreader in Brazil employing 500 people in total. The company has 8 retreading plants with a capacity of 3,000 tyres per month of the agricultural line and OTR. The company works with Orbitread technology.
MARANGONI
Marangoni is a world-renowned brand leader in the tyre retreading industry and has years of experience in the OTR sector selling products all over the world. The company’s production process involves the use of shearography both in the initial and final inspection.
RENOVA PERU
Renova is a specialist OTR retreader with plants in Peru and Chile. The company was the first tyre retreader in the world to retread a 53/80 R 63 tyre in 2006. Four years later in 2010 the company worked with Australian retreader Tytec to be the first to retread a 59/80 R 63 tyre.
