VIPAL PROMOTES STRATEGIC MEETING IN VALENCIA
Vipal Europe recently held a strategic meeting in Valencia, Spain, to re- view results and plan for challenges ahead. The meeting was attended by the entire team from the company’s European branch, including the technical, commercial, administrative, financial, customer service and logistics areas.
“Over the three days of the meeting, it was possible to review the num- bers from the previous period, in addition to our challenges for 2023”, reported Frederico Schmidt, General Manager of Vipal in Europe.
One of Vipal Europe’s most recent moves was the hiring of Thomas Giermann, as Sales Representative in the DACH region, which covers Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The intention is to strengthen the branch’s commercial position in a strategic region for Vipal’s business on the European continent.
Another change, which took place in 2022, was the inclusion of the entire African territory in the Vipal Europe umbrella, following a mo- vement that had started in 2021, when the branch returned to being
commercially responsible for the Middle East and North Africa region.
“We planned several actions for 2023, when Vipal completes 50 years, in addition to training and strengthening our CRM system to further improve our services to customers, and we reviewed some strategies to consolidate the Vipal brand in the market”, added Schmidt.
