  USTMA APPLAUDS LEGISLATIVE PROPOSAL TO INCENTIVISE TYRE RETREADING
  The U.S. Tire Manufacturers Association (USTMA) and its mem- ber companies have voiced their support of H.R. 8165, the Com- mercial Vehicle Fleet Retreaded Tire Utilization Reinvestment
