RE- GRIP helps fleet owners save significant amounts of money on their tyre consump- tion with an affordable, reliable and sus- tainable product range. We want to build
a network of refurbished tyre dealers and exchange points for customers whereby the customer walks in with his old tyre, drops it with us and picks up a ready-to-   
The company collects tyres from OEMs, scrap dealers and directly from the trans- porters. Tyres are retreaded at the compa-         installed with 2 autoclaves of 9 tyres each. The unit has the capacity to retread 3,000 tyres monthly.
The venture has had a successful start, selling considerable volumes of refur- bished tyres in the market. “We have built     dealer network and sold 3,500 tyres in last eight months,” said Tushar. “Our fo- cus remains on selling the popular size of 1000x20 radials.”
The company has collection and selling points in the National Capital Region (NCR- Delhi and its surrounding area) and the states of Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gu- jarat and Chattisgarh.
REGRIP currently has expansion plans to further strengthen its network in the above-mentioned states. “We are raising capital for expansion, our target is to grow fast and expand deeper into the current states and create a network of 1,000 deal- ers across the country in next 3 years,” said
