Vipal Machinery
Considering the fact that Vipal’s machinery division was founded as recently as 2015, the success of the Brazilian company in
scooping the Best Retread Equipment & Accessory Supplier award, must be considered as an exceptional achievement any measure. At this stage, the company’s equipment range consists primarily of
buffing and building equipment, including the now established VR01 Smart Buffer, with sales being achieved across a surprisingly wide
geographical area.
Initial sales were naturally within the company’s domestic South
American market, but in the last couple of years further success has been achieved in North America, Europe and Oceania.
Kay customers in North America include Pete's Road Services, who recently added a VOC 760 Cargo extruder at its Corona facility in California
to add to the VR01 Smart DUO buffer last year, and
Retread Solutions in North Carolina, who have also bought the same two
machines.
Meanwhile, two New Zealand retreaders, Tyre Retreaders and Power
Retreads, have both invested in extrusion and buffing equipment manufactured by Brazilian company, whilst Spanish retreader, Recauchutados
Muralla SA (Remusa) recently acquired Vipal’s first machine on the European continent, a VOC 760 Extruder, which has already been installed at the
retreader's headquarters, located in Ávila, Spain.

Central Marketing, based in Colonial Heights, VA, has been a leading distributor of tyre retreading equipment and accessories in North America for the past 35 years. The company is the nominated agent in North America for a number of key equipment and accessory brands, including CIMA, MAE, Matteuzzi, SDS and VMI.

Tech Europe is the European subsidiary of Tech
Rubber Company (TRC), based in Johnstown, Ohio. The
company is a global leader in tyre repair field offering
products such as repairs, carbide cutters & wheels,
envelopes, expanding chucks, buffing blades, grinding stones, as well as supporting chemicals and tools such as extruder guns. The company owns several key brands including Tech, Pang Industrial and Salvadori, and has establish a close working relationship with key players such as Bridgestone-Bandag, Goodyear and Kal Tire amongst others.
