Vipal Rubber, based in Nova Prata and Porto Alegre, Brazil, has established itself as one of the largest tread
rubber manufacturers in the world. With 13 distribution centres spread across strategic points of the globe, it is
present in over 90 countries and in all continents. It is the undisputed leader in South America with over 300 authorised
retreaders, and also has a strong position with independent retreaders in the USA, Europe and Australasia.
In terms of product range, Vipal has developed a consistently more complete range of products. The company is unusual in
that it is a major player both in the supply of precured tread rubber as well as in the tyre repair sector, in addition to which there is an extensive array of accessories, and, more recently a
range of retreading equipment via the company’s machinery division.
