Galgo Extends its Line
of 3PMSF Certified Treads
The DGR [Drive Galgo Regional] tread design is now part of the GALGO 3PMSF (Three Peak Mountain Snowflake Certificate) product line.
This certification is given to all
those treads that meet winter performance requirements and have successfully passed the approval tests established by the ECE 109 R Annex 10 norm, of the European Union Regulation.
The DGR [Drive Galgo Regional] design provides extreme traction in wet, snow, and muddy conditions. It features a block design with aligned sipes and an open shoulder for cooling and self-cleaning. It has a variable pitch design for noise reduction and angled blocks to reduce stone retention.
With this new addition to the GALGO 3PMSF [Three Peak Mountain Snow Flake Certificate] product line, GALGO is now able to offer 21 certified 3PMSF treads to its customers.

Sizes available for bead-to-bead cold retreading are as follows: 315/80 R 22.5 (PD National 3 and PD Energeco 2), 385/65 R 22.5 (PT National 3 and PT Energeco 3), 315/70 R 22.5 (PD Energeco 3, PD National 3 and PD National Grip) and 385/55 R 22.5 (PT Energeco 3).
According to Marangoni, the goal is to extend the bead-to-bead cold retreading system to other sizes and profiles to satisfy customer needs and their continual requests for more performing, aesthetically perfect, retreaded tyres.

One of the key benefits offered to hauliers by Vipal Rubber is their QGR guarantee (Qualified and Guaranteed Retread), which has now hit a significant milestone of 6 million retreaded tyres. "All retreaded tyres go through certified processes according to the regulatory bodies of each location where they are manufactured, which aims to ensure the quality of the service. New M90 Light Tread from Leader Rubber
Leader Rubber Company has introduced the new M90 Light tread pattern to its Leadertread
range of precured treads. The new product offers all the same qualities as the company’s existing MM90 All position tread pattern but with a skid depth of only 14mm.
M90 Light, manufactured with Leader Rubber’s exclusive Leadertread compound, is a versatile, all-position tread product designed for drive and trailer wheel positions in on/off- road conditions in the long haul, regional and metro segments of the market.
