Leading international tyre retreading and recycling equipment manufacturer Salvadori are seasoned exhibitors at most major tyre sector shows around the world. So, it is no surprise that the Italian based company followed the trend of a
number of players in the retread market in supporting the Reifen show in its move to Frankfurt. However, when Retreading Business visited the Salvadori stand in the Reifen Hall it was clear that the company team were expecting much more of a ‘tyre
presence’ at the huge event. Juri Salvadori says, “We were not sure what to expect from this show and cautiously took a basic stand which we feel was justified by having just a single hall promoting the tyre sector.”
In effect, Salvadori used its presence at the show to meet existing customers particularly from Europe and also to further showcase their four new lines of equipment
A Busy Show for Italmatic
 Leading international retreading equipment and product supplier – Italian based Italmatic - made the transition from Essen to Frankfurt and enjoyed a constant stream of positive business appointments on their stand.
Located in one of the main tyre and automotive halls that were continually busy, the company informed Retreading Business that by day two they could consider the
show to be a success for them. Massimo Ghitturi, Director of Italmatic said, “Our main objectives at the show were two-fold, first to continue to promote our extensive product and service portfolio to the international visitors at the event, and we enjoyed a number of promising meetings with potentially new companies for the future.
