A New Age of Ringtread Production at Auto & Truck Tyres
South African retreader Auto & Truck Tyres (ATT), based in Wadeville, recently held a launch of the now locally manufactured Marangoni Ringtread system. Retreading Business was present at the event to learn more about the company’s recent progressive business developments.

Styger explained, “Today we are introducing to our dealers and distributors the locally manufactured Marangoni Ringtread System as part of the company’s ambition to establish a larger market share in the country. We want to encourage our existing customers to switch to using the Ringtread system from the traditional method of production, which is designed to take the retreading side of their businesses to an increased level going forward.”
ATT has put in place a plan entitled ‘Vision 2020’ which incorporates a great deal of business objectives revolving around the decision to expand the company on a national basis over the next two years and improve production significantly on all levels throughout the company. ATT believes in being able to offer their customers a quality basket of tyre products and services making them a one stop shop.
