Vipal Introduces New Resolve Interactive Platform

Based on a mixed concept based on the structure of online forums and the structure of WhatsApp network communities, Vipal Resolve is a digital platform where users can choose from subjects such as People Management, Kilometre Performance, Fuel Economy, Tyre
Management and Maintenance to post their queries and suggestions. Anyone connected to the transport universe is welcome to interact and share experiences with other users. If there are questions outside of the company’s domain, Vipal, as project curator and system manager, invites companies with expertise in other areas to collaborate with information and help to solve the users' problems. Combining the convergence of professionals from different areas related to the transportation segment with the growing confidence in the platform and its moderation, Vipal hopes to make this tool the first - and, if successful, last - stop of hauliers looking for solutions to their problems.
During Fenatran Retreading Business took the opportunity to talk to Tales Pinheiro, Vipal Rubber’s marketing manager, about the interactive platform launched this year by the company that seeks to help transport professionals solve the most varied dilemmas of their
work routine. The company exhibited many different products in its booth at Fenatran 2017 including the ECO tread line and provided ample space for networking opportunities, but it was the new digital platform, which received all the spotlight during the
fair.
In 2016 Vipal conducted a survey with four hundred fleets to identify the profile of decision makers, their buying behaviour, the main problems of everyday routine, etc. Among the results obtained, one that stood out was a certain lack of attention felt by the transporters. Pinheiro explained: “Vipal was delivering the basics - good product, good service, good delivery time. These are the basics for the market leaders, but they wanted more. What move did we have to make? We have found one thing for certain: we must be present in the market. I could not hope to have a physical presence with all transporters throughout Brazil without having the need for an immense team, so how was it possible to
