     Techno Pneu Bucks the Trend
It was in 2007
when Vipal
Rubber

Australia and not
long after, in New
Zealand and Fiji

to celebrate this
ten-year
anniversary, between March 13 and 15 Vipal played host to its customers in Noosa Heads, Queensland. The trip was an opportunity for Vipal Rubber to express its gratitude for the support and loyalty of its customers.
Vipal has been promoting its products in what is a demanding market for the quality of retreads, relying on the exceptional service of its partners spread across the main market areas. Quebecois retreader Techno Tire is currently in the process of hiring ten or so workers to add a third shift to its tyre retreading plant, which will operate 24 hours a day.
"We have proven our products and demand is growing. We have just signed major contracts in Quebec and the United States, where a plant like ours has just closed. A customer came to see us after his Chinese supplier had halved its offer due to fluctuating oil prices, that's 12,500 tyres. Since 1997, we have produced
18 million remoulded tyres, saving 18 million litres of crude oil, "said company vice-president Jean-François Marquis.
Techno Tire supplied its tyres to the taxi fleet of New York. Marquis and the plant manager, Dave Ringuette, assure the operators that the remoulded tyres are as resiliant as the average new tyre.
Their manufacture has beneficial effects on the environment. For this reason, Recyc-Québec acts as a partner of the company. "The goal of
the Quebec program for the integrated management of end-of- life tyres 2015-2020 is to recover all of the used tyres generated
