    New Marangoni Partner in Spain

    Marangoni Retreading Systems has announced the expansion of its business in Spain, thanks to the appointment of Recauchutados Fidel as its latest distributor. Recauchutados Fidel, based in the Salamanca province of Spain, has been active in the retreading sector since 1982, operating a retreading plant in Santa Maria de Tormes and three additional dealer outlets in the region.
Javier Hernandez, manager of Recauchutados Fidel, explained the
reasons for the new relationship; “We had several good reasons for choosing Marangoni. Firstly, the company has an extensive and complete range, which allows us to offer the best assortment to our customers. Secondly, the product quality is excellent: for example; the performance of the bus patterns really caught our attention. Finally, technology: we can now use latest generation machines.”
Robbins LLC, a HEXPOL Company, recently introduced a new Robbins logo. The logo features a stylised R with a red, white, and blue stars & stripes design. It represents the quality of the comprehensive line of
Robbins retreading products, all “Made in the USA” with precise compound formulations and leading technology.
“We decided to update our logo
in order to highlight our heritage and the fact that we proudly
make our products in the United States”, said Terry Elgin, Managing Director of Robbins LLC.
“We tested the new logo with customers globally and the response was overwhelmingly positive,” added Hugo Sandberg,
Robbins LLC Senior Sales Manager. The new logo is featured on the company’s products and website. It will also become evident on packaging, brochures, and other company materials.

eCasing is
Goodyear’s web-based commercial vehicle tyre casing management system. It is used right across the European region; not only by Goodyear, its retreading partners and dealers, but also by truck, bus and coach fleets. The new mobile version is available free of charge and is compatible with both iOS and android devices.

examples of eCasing transactions include fleets having their own casings retreaded and returned to them or casings being exchanged for retreads. The introduction of the mobile version of our successful eCasing is believed to be an industry first and increases the efficiency of our retreading offer for our customers.    Marangoni Appoints Däcknor to RINGTREAD Network
   Marangoni Retreading Systems has announced the expansion of its market presence in Scandinavia, thanks to a new partnership with Däcknor AB, one of Sweden’s leading quality retreaders.
The roots of Däcknor extend back to the year 1944 when their first tyre dealing and retreading activities started at Strömsund, Sweden. Since then Däcknor has successfully
grown to become a very important player in the Swedish and partially the Norwegian market with a strong focus on retreading.
Recently Däcknor has decided to face its future challenges by integrating Marangoni's RINGTREAD in its product range. Magnus Elverum, CEO of the Swedish company, clarified the reasons for this choice as follows:
