Designed to offer to retreaders of passenger, 4x4 and light truck tyres an affordable but reliable and advanced product, this machine applies the extruded rubber directly onto the casings in a full automatic mode through a turning extruder head of new conception (Patent Pending), which grants the same flexibility and quality as extruders equipped with a calender unit, but without the temperature drop of the extruded rubber in the path from extruder to casing, and without the manual calender feeding operations.
In order to satisfy the market demand, TRM has decided to enlarge and complete its range of building machiner y for hot retreading which so far included extruders with 90 mm and 120 mm diameter, that for some customers were too big in relation to their production volumes.

Always in the field of innovations, in 2014 TRM also developed a patented system, to be mounted on their Black Dragon, which allows an automatic application of the rubber dust on the sidewall with the cycle integrated with the standard machine cycle; this new product achieved good success among the majority of the Black Dragon owners.
Also, in the segment of OTR machiner y last year brought good returns even though the mining sector slowed down dramatically in the second part of the year; the highlight of the year was the manufacturing of a 4600 mm internal diameter autoclave, the biggest so far for TRM, which was shipped last December and will be installed in an important retreading plant in Africa.
The outlook for 2015 reflects the stagnation of the retreading segment in Europe, but the depreciation of the Euro against the US Dollar is opening opportunities both in North and South America, and allows TRM to look to the near future with optimism.
