Tech Education Continues
In order to continue its development as the current Tech distributor in Slovakia, and to underline its commitment to the Tech brand and methods, Rotobalance recently took advantage of Tech Europe's comprehensive training programme in Bratislava and Lučenec. 50 participants, primarily from one of Rotobalance's biggest customers, under-took training seminars over two days, which included product information training and repair theory, delivered by Mr Walter van Loon (Vice President Sales & Training, BeNeLux) and practical tyre repair training, delivered by Mr Bernd Fleck (Tech Technical Trainer).
The key elements covered were Permacure repairs, Uni-Seal repairs, Radial truck section repairs and an introduction to TPMS. The training programme culminated in an exam comprising 12 questions directly related to the repair procedures, highlighting the correct use of TECH products, the timeframes involved, the correct repair techniques, how best to understand TECH's repair charts, and the
application of TECH chemicals. For Rotobalance, the main aim throughout was to educate their clients with an effective knowledge of TECH products and services, highlighting global repair standards, in order to promote a professional approach to tyre repair in Slovakia.
