Pelmar Engineering Group Files Lawsuit Against Tianjin Saixiang Technology Co. Ltd.
The Pelmar Engineering Group
has filed a legal claim of more than USD 800,000 including interest, expenses and damages in the
Chinese Intermediate Court at Tianjin against Tianjin Saixiang Technology Co. Ltd. (TST) for non-transference of payments due. According
to Pelmar's claim, Pelmar introduced TST to clients outside of China and assisted in the sale and promotion of TST's machinery. However, according to the claim, at a certain point and without apparent reason,
TST breached its contract with Pelmar and refused to fully pay the commission that Pelmar was entitled
to according to the agreements between the two companies. Pelmar's claim has now been accepted by the 1st Intermediate People’s Court of Tianjin.
"It was very disappointing to learn that after Pelmar has put TST, who was relatively unknown worldwide beforehand, on the map by introducing the company to large- scale tyre companies in Europe, USA, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, that TST has decided to act
in this unjust and un-businesslike manner," commented
Pelmar's Executive Chairman, Jacob Peled.
