Gaotang Xinglu-Bendak from Retreads to Equipment
Gaotang Xinglu-Bendak Tyre Retread Co., Ltd. was founded in the early 1990s and initially utilised Bandag pre-cure technology for retreading. The company has now developed its own retread equipment and whilst it has moved into OTR retreading it also builds and exports tyre retreading equipment around the world. Its products include tyre retreading machinery, tyre retreading material, retreaded tyres and tyre inspection machiner y.
Its OTR retreading started in 2002 as one of the earliest low temperature precure factories in China, and its automatic flat curing press was developed independently in 2004. Its low temperature precure retreading line for wing-shaped tread was developed in 2010.
The company has now entered into the field of high-speed bus tyre retreading, using laser inspection machinery, CNC buffing and other highly automated machinery.
