In addition to offering single machines to its customers, thanks to its turnkey plant capability, Akar is also able to provide turnkey retreading plants including complete plant work flow engineering.
With regards to the OTR line, Akar has both precured and orbitread systems in place for the whole range of OTR tyres from 25” to 63”. The most advanced products are the orbitread system CNC buffing machines
with peeling, buffing,
extruder
building and regrooving functions. The four-function CNC buffing machines can be offered with all four functions in one single station or can be separated depending on the customers’ capacity requirements. Similar to the truck tyre machinery, the OTR line is also offered as a full package including different size autoclaves with electrical, direct and indirect heating systems as well as other supplementary equipment including inspection machines, work stations etc. “The value proposition of
