The Vulcan Vulcap team was proud to welcome B&J Rocket to their facilities for a full day of training on the revolutionary VulcaFlex system recently.

Present for the event were Caitlin Smith, General Manager Sales for B&J Rocket, as well as Ignacio Vega, Key Account Manager Latin America for B&J Rocket. In addition, on-site was Jonathon Orellano, ITRS Director of Training and Technical Advisor for Latin America; Philip Bureau, ITRS Master Trainer & Technical Support; Gabriel Boutet, ITRS President, Jean-Felix Lavallee, ITRS Management Group and Gilles Wauthy, ITRS Management Group Chairman of the Board.
The Vulcan Vulcap team also had a camera crew present to record the training, as they will be using parts of it for future projects to be announced at a later date.
David Dandenault shared some insight about the day, “We were excited to have Caitlin and Ignacio here for the day. We don’t often have the opportunity to show everything the system can do given the sheer size of some of the tyres we work with, so to have them here in person was a lot of fun!”
Specialised in tyre repair materials, vulcanising equipment and section repair moulds, the team wanted to bring in their valued partners for a demonstration on how the Vulcaflex Portable Repair System operates. This system offers the most advanced curing method when repairing all sizes of Radial and Bias tyres. In addition, the system allows users to manually adjust the air bags and heat pads to the tyre contour for maximum flexibility as well as offering independent inner and outer temperature and air pressure control. This superior pressure and heat control system is lightweight, portable, and so easy to use, a person can operate it alone.
Caitlin Smith commented; “Vulcan Vulcap provided the B&J team with excellent hands-on training. The ITRS Management Group, which encompasses Vulcan Vulcap, ITRS, and Transit ITRS, will host several additional summer events in their facilities.
