For the second consecutive year, Vipal features in one of Brazil’s most prestigious rankings for the transport sector.
Consistent Retreading Success
A consolidated leader in commercial tyre retreading across Latin America, Vipal Rubber has won the 2024 Biggest & Best in Transport award, promoted by OTM Editora, in the Tyre Retreading and Supplies category. The award was received by Ivanir Canevese, Commercial Director for the Domestic Market, at a ceremony held on 26 November at the Unique Hotel in São Paulo.
Canevese described the recognition as a testament to Vipal Rubber’s 51-year legacy of quality products, outstanding services, social responsibility, and professional integrity. “We thank OTM for this award, which fills us with pride. This trophy is dedicated to our more than 220 authorised retreaders in Brazil, our suppliers, and the 3,000 employees whose dedication drives our continuous growth,” he said.
Now in its 37th year, the Biggest & Best in Transport Award recognises companies that stood out in the commercial and passenger transport sectors and logistics, highlighting their vital contributions to the Brazilian economy. The 2024 ceremony welcomed approximately 550 guests to celebrate outstanding performers in Services, Industry, and Transport Operators. Promoted by the Transporte Moderno and Technibus magazines, this year’s evaluation considered 1,261 financial statements.
