Voka, Estonia-based car, SUV and LCV tyre retreader Wolf Tyres have announced that, due to the difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, owner Sergei Polujanenkov has made the decision to sell the business and is now looking for a buyer interesting in purchasing the business, preferably as a going concern.

Retread Business Available as Going Concern

Wolf Tyres, based only 40 miles from the Russian border, began production as recently as 2015 and currently produces in the region of 90,000 high-quality tyres per annum, focusing primarily on tyres for the winter market. The company’s main markets are the Baltic States and Russia.

The plant is equipped with a complete set of Matteuzzi and CIMA retreading equipment purchased new when the plant was established

According to Plant Manager Dmitri Gerassimov, the company’s preferred option would be to sell the whole business because of the working plant, which is capable of working well and producing further. The second option, he admitted, would be to sell the machinery, preferably as a single set.
