Recently focusing on Gujarat, sessions took place in Baroda, Rajkot, and Gandhidham, attended by 173 industry professionals, including retreaders and foremen.

Topics covered include addressing common market failures and integrating global technological developments to enhance operational efficiency and retreading quality.
Midas plans to extend these programs to Delhi, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh to promote best practices in tyre retreading. The company’s comprehensive training approach also includes on-site visits, audits, and sessions at its Kottayam facility, underscoring its commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement in India’s retreading industry.
