Malaysian tread rubber manufacturer Maxrubber used the occasion of Tyrexpo Asia to introduce its new premium quality Maximus range and pre-cured tread compounds as well as three other differentiated ranges to meet varied performance and cost expectations.
Maxrubber Has Launched The Maximus Range
According to Maxrubber’s John Lee, the decision to launch Maximus was made because Maxrubber previously did not have and exclusive brand. Says Lee; “The introduction of Maximus as well as our other brands, MaxCool, MaxCap and MaxFit means that customers can now identify between different designs for different applications.”
Maximus, available now, is the company’s new premium line. Key performance criteria are good fuel economy and therefore excellent CPK as well as extreme robustness and reliability. Also operating at the premium end of the market is Max-Fit, which is a contoured tread range incorporating the tread rubber compounds used in the Maximus range. Maxrubber also have a wing tread design which is suitable for markets like the Middle East, where authorities are very strict.
Meanwhile, Max-Cool is Maxrubber’s mid-range brand focusing on cooler running characteristics that increase tread wear resistance and extend service life. MaxCap is the company’s economy range.
In addition to the new pre-cured tread ranges John lee was also keen to point out that the company has invested in a new OTR press, which has enabled the company to offer a full range of OTR treads.
