Ankita Saikia, who is Director of Quality & R&D at Tyromer, was a close runner-up in this category two years ago and has once again been nominated for her overall contribution as an exemplary employee and for continuing to hone her technical skills as well as her people and leadership skills. She s involved in in every aspect of Tyromer’s business – joins on customer calls, helps organise day-to-day activities at the company’s Windsor and Arnhem facilities, and leads Tyromer’s technical development.
