Rudkin has been a key member of the Vaculug team for 31 years and has a wealth of experience in many aspects of the business. The appoint- ment comes at a time where Vaculug are experiencing major growth and making investments in strengthening their team ready for another successful year. VM RUBBER WELCOMES NEW TEAM MEMBER VM Rubber has released a press release stating that 2022 was a challenging but rewarding year to the point was able to ex- pand their staff with the addition of a production and logistics operative. The new addition to the team, Mirko Versini, comes from a couple of previous roles where he acquired skills in retreading products. Mirko’s father, company founder Pablo Versini, commented: “This move will help our business grow, expand our product line, and enhance our sales potential. I’ll dedicate more time to customer visits and training on our products. Hopefully, in the future, some training activities will also be taken over by Mirko, but for the moment, we move step by step.” P. 58
