Vipal’s Commercial Manager in Mexico and Central America, Jean Barros, highlighted the recovery of the tyre retreading market in the region and the growth in the number of inte- grated partners. “It is an enormous satisfaction to see the retreaders of the Vipal Authorised Network together again. We are already approaching 20 years of Vipal presence in Mexico and our partnerships are getting stronger and more solid”, commented Barros. “The long-standing commercial re- lations are proof of mutual trust and that we are on the right track,” he concluded. Also participating in the meeting were Vipal’s North Ameri- can Manager, Antonio Brito, Vipal’s North American Com- mercial Manager, Gabriel Fuma, and other members of the company’s commercial teams, who received representatives from partner retreaders in Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, and Costa Rica. The general director of the Mexican Llantas Compañía (Llan- co), Francisco Lopez Stille, thanked the award received by the retreader during the event, as the partner that purchased the most Vipal products throughout the year in the region, for the second consecutive year. “This recognition is the result of the work of the entire Llanco team, offering a high-quality retreaded tyre, as well as excellent technical and fleet mana- gement services,” he highlighted. “The technology and quality of Vipal products are the differential so that we can offer the best options to our customers with the best mileage perfor- mance on the market,” concluded Stille. León Moisés, director of the retreader Revishé, one of the newest members of the Vipal Authorised Network, confir- med at the meeting all the quality, experience and commit- ment of the company, both with distributors and end cus- tomers, offering products of excellent quality standards. “Revishé is 100% satisfied with the results obtained with this partnership. We are certain that we made the best decision when choosing Vipal to be our exclusive supplier. Without a doubt, a wonderful experience, and a pleasure to belong to this great family. The meeting left us with the certainty that 2023 will be a great year for everyone”, said Moisés. On the other hand, the general director of Llantera el Águi- la, Jorge Fuentes, said he was “very happy to participate in the event, where it was possible to exchange information and experiences, in addition to strengthening the friendship ties with colleagues from different locations”, celebrated. The celebration ended in the hotel’s ballroom with a celebra- tion dinner for all partners. At this time, plaques were delive- red in honour of the partners who completed 10 and 15 years with Vipal Authorised Network. Retreaders Vigusa, based in Aguas Calientes, El Aguila, located in Chihuahua, and Aveni- da, in Durango, received recognition for 15 years as a mem- ber of the network. SPRL, from Mexicali, Remi, from Costa Rica, Llafrisa, from El Salvador, and Refrillantas, from Hondu- ras, were recognised with 10-year plaques as Vipal partners.
