Diez Vargas is the ideal guide for a deep dive into the retreading Colombian Association of Tire Retreaders and Related Industries – ANRE, a truly Latin American reference in terms of quality of information, multiplicity of actions and a continuous and joint work with also been actively involved in the Latin American Association of Tire Retreaders – ALARNEU, since its formation in 2014, and in the Subcommittee of Tire Retreading of the Latin American Society of Rubber Technologies - SLTC.
