FM Pneus Acquires Two Companies and Opens its Sixth Plant

acquisitions, during 2021 FM Pneus has continued to invest heavily in improving the quality, technology and production capacity of its other five plants and is getting ready to announce two more new industrial plants (the seventh and eighth) soon.

Brazilian retreader FM Pneus has announced that it has recently acquired two tyre retreaders based in the state of Santa Catarina – Tyresblue, based in Gaspar and Warmor Renovadora de Pneus from Itajaí. Alongside the acquisitions, FM Pneus has installed its sixth industrial plant in Gaspar, centralising the production of the two acquisitions and expanding its operations in the Itajaí valley, in the north and coast of Santa Catarina.

On August 4th, Mexico’s "Transportation Suppliers 2021 Show" was held in Cintermex, Monterrey México, where year after year the main suppliers of the transportation Industry meet; Galgo has been participating in this busy show for more than 11 years.
At the Galgo booth, a number of local retreaders were
in attendance who
are part of the
National Network of Galgo Certified Retreaders such as: Piesa Tires, Industria Renovadora de Llantas Victoria and Renovadora Treviño. During the show, all visitors and interested
parties were given a detailed overview of the tyre retreading process, as well as the different tread designs that Galgo offers. They were also introduced to the life cycle of tyres and how Galgo can help to extend tyre life. Also available for viewing were Galgo’s range of inner tubes and mats made with high-quality rubber.
