Vipal Rubber’s European branch has announced the launch of a new website. The page has undergone a design makeover process to make it responsive, with a modern look, and extending it into four different languages.
According to Frederico Schmidt, General Manager of Vipal Rubber Europe, the initiative is aligned with the company’s vision of constantly striving for upgrading. That’s where the interest in renewing the website came from. It is geared toward retreaders, but useful to all audiences with whom the company engages. “Following our tradition of always having close relations with our customers, we decided to pursue and share this new experience with users,” he points out.
The previous version of the
platform had information in English and Spanish. Now, with the makeover, the new website also has versions in German and Italian. Schmidt believes that this expansion to four languages is of great importance because it brings the brand closer to the public. He mentioned that Vipal Rubber always aims to be as clear as possible and “expanding the languages on our website matches this vision”.
The content of the new virtual space is rich in information about Vipal Rubber Europe, primarily about the products and services it offers. In addition of the company’s history, contact information and news, visitors can access product catalogues, with technical details about each of them.
Indian tyre manufacturer JK Tyre & Industries Ltd has taken an important step towards expanding its global footprint with the opening of the first JK Retread Centre in Nepal.
Strategically located in Pokhara, a potential market of TBB, LCV and PCR tyres, the centre is equipped with state-of-the-art technology,
machinery and trained manpower, offering company-recommended repair and retread procedures to bring down the cost-per-kilometre for customers. The addition of the Pokhara centre is in line with the company’s ambition to increase its network of retreading centres to 100 from 36 by 2020.

B&J Rocket with New Key Account Manager
With effect from July 1st 2019, Christoph Hurst is the new Key Account Manager at B&J Rocket Sales AG. He takes over the support of the existing customer base in retreading and industry for Germany and parts of Europe. In addition, he is to develop new markets for B&J buffing tools in these regions.

Galgo Participates in 2019 Transport Suppliers Expo
This past May 22-24th, Galgo participated once again in the Transport Suppliers Expo held in Monterrey, Mexico.
During the event, Galgo showcased their newest Pre- Q Brand tread designs including the Winter Mileage Performance (WMP) tread, designed for regional application, the Key On Performance (KOP) tread, designed for mixed application, and the Severe Drive Performance (SDP) tread, designed for severe application.
