Goals for the Good North plant are quite ambitious. Production is
expected to reach 1,000 units monthly by the end of the year, whilst the company’s three-year target is is 30.000 tyres per annum. Taking into consideration the production in St Petersburg, the group should become the undisputed leader in Russian retreading. Plans also include the further development of the recycling sector, to offer complex services to present and also future customers.

North-Auto-M has good coverage with their branches across the European part of Russia and is present also in the Asian part of the country. A list of cities where you will be able to find Good North retreads in the future includes Moscow, St Petersburg, Kaluga, Voronezh, Samara, Rostov on Don, Ufa, Perm, Ekaterinburg,
during the start-up period of the Good North plant. The new company is now managed by Pavel Ivanov. K. Pavlov says: “Despite the quite long time it has taken to develop retreading in Russia, the approach to retreaded tyres is still very cautious. First of all, it is the fault of non-certified retreading companies damaging the reputation. Also, the share of cheap Chinese tyres is still significant.
