                    Autopromotec and Retreading Business Announce Conference on the Future
of Retreading
 Promotec srl, the organisers of Autopromotec, and Retreading Business Ltd, the publishers of the specialist trade magazine Retreading Business, have announced they are to jointly organise a half-day conference on “The Future of Retreading.”
The event will take place on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 22 during the first day of the Autopromotec Exhibition. The conference, which will be moderated by Retreading Business Publisher David Wilson, will take place in the Melodia Room, located in the Bologna Fair Ground.
The organisers are pleased to announce that the Keynote Speaker at the conference will be Harjeev S Kandhari, CEO of the Dubai/London based Zenises Group, who last year acquired the leading UK-based independent retreader, Vacu-Lug. Kandhari will be able to offer his perspective on entrepreneurship in the retreading industry, his views on the future of retreading and his reasons for investing in the retreading sector. Also speaking at the conference will be a plethora of well-known speakers from across Europe who will discuss a number of key topics including;
- The current and future impact of the Chinese tyre industry on the retreading market
- The role of Automisation in the retreading industry and the contribution of the equipment
manufacturers to that trend
- An update on the latest activities and special projects of AIRP
- New perspectives on how the retreading industr y can market itself more effectively.
