Galgo’s main priority at the Latin American & Caribbean Tyre Expo was to gather together the most important players in the Latin American and Caribbean retreading industry, so as to renew commercial ties and attract new potential costumers.
Since 2013, Galgo has participated in this prestigious event, displaying a wide variety of high quality designs. On this occasion, the company presented new designs including: All Position Regional Light (APL), Galgo Rounded Shoulder Light (GRL), Trailer Three Ribs (TTR) for regional application; Metropolitan Bus (MB)
for Urban application, and Super Single Rib Light (SRL) for Highway application.
The company placed particular emphasis on the presentation of the Galgo Rounded Shoulder Light (GRL), which recently obtained Smartway certification. This innovative design presents a lower rolling resistance, which reduces mileage and contributes to a decrease in the emission of greenhouse gases.
Galgo representatives took this opportunity to meet with clients from Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, México, and Peru, among others.
Once again, the Dobermann LATAM team signed up to exhibit at the 8th Latin American & Caribbean Tyre Expo in Panama. The show gave the company the opportunity to present the company’s new tread lines, in addition to its envelopes, curing tubes and retreading accessories, inner tubes and solid industrial tyres.
Taking part in this event was of major importance for Dobermann,
since Panama, in 2014, was chosen as a strategic hub to easily reach global markets, and in particular those of Central and South America. The whole group was very satisfied with the meetings and the interest shown by people towards the new products. Dobermann continues to work towards strengthening its presence in the=is area, where it has been present for more than 50 years.
