In addition to always seeking
to share knowledge and experience in retreading, Vipal invests in training its customers and partners in order to make best use of its products and to achieve better results. Therefore, the retread supply giant made an offer to the staff of Recapagem PneuForte of Conceição do Almeida, Bahia, to enable its employees to achieve greater efficiency in the use of Vipal envelopes. As a result, the retreading specialists are reaching a milestone of more than 260 cycles per unit of product.
Until that intervention, PneuForte could not control the performance of its envelopes. After the Vipal technician's visit, the company has been following the technical guidelines of use, storage and cooling required for the proper performance of
these envelopes.
"We were surprised by the excellent results," said the General Manager of PneuForte, Álvaro Moura Santos. He pointed out the importance of the support provided by Vipal, which was crucial for this process and resulted in an increase in the income of the company.
PneuForte has been operating since 1975 and specialises in retreading truck tyres. The focus for the company are clients in the national and international transport segment, fuel and air- conditioned cargo, amongst others. The company has been part of the Vipal Authorised Network since 2009. Vipal currently has 300 retreaders in Latin America, with 230 of them in Brazil.
On March 30, Vipal held a technical lecture on agricultural tyres in partnership with the União Renovadora de Pneus, a Vipal Authorised Retreader in Rio das Pedras (SP). In the presentation, which took place in Santa Cruz das Palmeiras
