                     ANDELLAC Celebrates 41st Expo Congresso in Cancun

     The Mexican tyre dealers and retreaders association, ANDELLAC, has been organising an exhibition and conference for its members for over forty years and this year the Association decided to move the event from Acapulco to the Moon Palace Resort in Cancun. The 41st Expo Congresso took place from 2-4 October and, according to visitors to the event, the exhibition continued to exhibit the slow but steady growth that the event has enjoyed in recent years.
The ANDELLAC conference has always had a strong social aspect, and so it was this year too, with
a strong programme
of events for wives
and partners as well
as delegates,
including
sightseeing tours,
golf and tennis
tournaments and a concert on the final evening by Barry Ivan White (Barry White’s son, in case you hadn’t guessed).
The event began with a lavish and well attended opening evening hosted by ANDELLAC President Raul Castillo Arteaga and the Association’s Technical Director, Ruben Albarran. Their introduction was followed by an interesting presentation by by
business guru Mario Borghini whose presentation was called “Innovate or Die. How to Grow in a Changing Market.”
