The Marangoni Group has announced it is to acquire a majority shareholding in South African tread maker Leader Rubber Company SA (Pty) Ltd. This was announced by Marangoni Directors Vittorio and Giuseppe Marangoni during an interview at the Italian company’s head office in Rovereto, Italy this week.
Marangoni Invest in African Market
Under the terms of the acquisition, Marangoni will increase its share of Leader Rubber from 25% to 51% with effect from January 1, 2019.
