Elgi Rubber has introduced its chemical vulcanising cement (CVC) in new, convenient 75-ml tube packaging, which is available now.

This first-of-its-kind packaging is designed to enhance usability and preserve the product. It features a durable aluminium tube with a sealed nozzle and a piercing cap.
The launch aims to deepen market penetration, reaching out to smaller puncture repair outlets by offering a more manageable size that reduces waste and prevents CVC evaporation—a common issue with larger pack sizes.
Satish Kumar, Vice President of Sales & Distribution, emphasised the strategic move to meet the needs of domestic markets and small-scale users.
Marketed under the ‘JET‘ brand, the CVC tube packaging is a premium product that offers a practical solution for efficient and reliable tyre repair. It is now available in boxes of 20 tubes. Plans are underway to expand this innovation to international markets, targeting Africa and the Middle East, where there is already significant interest.
