Marangoni GmbH has successfully initiated its partner sales training programme, “Make Sales Happen,” held for the first time in June at the company’s premises in Henstedt-Ulzburg.
Fostering Sales Success
The programme received positive feedback from the sales team of Marangoni’s Swedish partner, Däcknor. The intensive two-day programme encompassed all aspects of the tyre and retreading industry, aiming to enhance the sales skills of Däcknor’s staff and boost their efficiency. The training covered a comprehensive range of topics. Participants deepened their understanding of the products offered and analysed current market developments. Discussions included trends in technology and development, an open exchange on future market requirements, and adjustments to product design for new drive generations. Modern approaches and methods in dealing with customers and sales planning were communicated to help increase sales figures. Practical exercises aimed to improve communication with customers and enhance negotiation skills.
Participants had the opportunity to learn from leading sales experts, with support from Klozers, a company specialising in helping organisations realise their full potential. Combining theoretical instruction and practical exercises ensured that participants could immediately apply their newfound knowledge.
