In 2016, Tipler trained as many as 1,181 people through both face-to-face and distance learning courses. Most of the courses and face-to-face training were given at the premises of concessionaire and fleet customers, whilst others were carried out at CTT – the Tipler Training Center (theoretical) and Tipler Reconnaissance (practice). A large number of participants also undertook training for CTT Online, the first distance learning platform in the tyre retreading market, created by Tipler in 2011. The courses aim to provide technical, practical and theoretical support to the employees of the Tipler Network Dealers, As well as to the transport fleets throughout Brazil and South America.
In 2016 Tipler Trained Over 1150 Individuals
Through these courses, Tipler reaffirms the commitment to provide differentiated support, which involves training and dissemination of best practices related to tyre re-use and management in fleets. In 2016, a series of training sessions were conducted in the commercial area of the Tipler Network Concessionaires, which complemented the training started at the end of 2015, which presented sales, relationship and prospection concepts, together with practical simulations of service, sales conversion and negotiation with clients
New courses and trainings are being planned for 2017, and as soon as they are launched they will be available for free to all Network Dealers, fleets and transporters. “Tipler believes that knowledge generates security and profitability, whether it is for retreaders or transporters, so it maintains a frequent agenda of training, courses and teaching tools,” says Tipler.
